Good advice here (eating fish and lots of fruits and veggies), but also a couple of things that seem a little weird. Avoid yams and carrots? But they're packed with nutrients! Also, 10 or 12 glasses of water seems a little excessive, especially if you're eating a many fruits and veggies, which contain lots of water. Like a lot of nutrition advice, you have to pick and choose a little what you take from this article.

I'm not sure if there is substantial proof that this is an "anti-aging" food pyramid, however it is a great grouping of foods.
