Article stresses the importance of a healthy breakfast and gives tips for what to eat and how to find time to eat it. Also has calorie and fiber values for some common cereals, and gives some unconventional breakfast ideas.

Great, brief article that stresses the importance of eating breakfast. I like that they include some different options, including the non-traditional choices. I would never think to have left-over veggie pizza or even a potato for breakfast.
