This site recommends fiber (at least 5g) and whole grains in a healthy cereal. So, I'm saying goodbye to my Special K, and opting for one of the better options offered here.

This is a great explanation for all those people who think eating breakfast just makes them hungrier during the day. The first meal of the day really is the most important!
