Good practical advice for avoiding weight gain when you go off to college. Talks about resisting too much alcohol and fatty foods and getting enough sleep and exercise.
This article is actually entitled "Five Ways to Get Fat at College," which while it made me laugh, also wasn't quite as "scholarly" as I thought it could be. Going through five different habits that many college students pick up (or continue from high school) the author picks apart facts about beer, pizza, staying up all night and a lack of exercise are all addressed.
