This article is filled with practical no-nonsense advice for parents of young children. Many parents seem to think that their preschoolers should be eating more than they are, but kids this age tend to "graze" throughout the day, rather than eating three larger meals. It's actually healthy for them to do so, as long as the foods being offered are healthy ones. Great pointers here!
