I'm generally not a fan of pdf's. It's too easy to try and get away with designing a brochure, saving it as a pdf and asking people to download it... versus using a website for it's inherent benefits, i.e., information at your fingertips. That being said, this one has a lot of information that people with hypertension can easily reference after printing it out, like daily nutritional goals and even recipes.
