For anyone wanting to lose weight through healthy eating, this site provides a terrific four-week menu plan that's based on 1400 calories and less than 50g of fat per day. The weight loss, while not dramatic when compared to many of today's so-called 'fad' diets, will be consistent and, therefore, healthy.
