This article focuses on fiber for the whole family, offering up kid-friendly choices that will appeal to mom and dad as well as to the small fry. Learning that many of their favorite foods are filled with fiber may surprise everyone in the family, and simply choosing additional servings of those favorites can provide an immediate boost in daily fiber intake. After that it's easy to start adding new, interesting foods, experimenting with fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Everyone in the family will be healthier for it!
