This article, from a site geared toward men, provides diet information in a different way than I've seen before, probably because I'm usually reading information written for women. This article actually takes the time to explain the science behind low carb eating, probably assuming that many men are not as immersed in the whole "how to eat" industry as women are. I like the introduction. If you've been thinking that maybe a shift to low carb eating is something that you should consider, read this article first. It'll really help explain so that you can decide.
