Interesting.. I have heard about the guy that gained a lot of weight and had his health deteriorate by eating only McDonalds. It is interesting that there are people who would prove that myth otherwise. I have to admit when I first saw the article I was skeptical but if she did do what she said she did (go online and find foods that would equal 2000 calories a day) then I'm sure that is possible but what about the fact that all of these foods are for the majority mostly fat. So while it probably is possible I'm not so sure this is a healthy way to lose weight.
Really interesting story! While it might be a little more difficult to eat healthy in today's society, we still need to take responsibility for our own actions. This is a great example of that.
This is an interesting diet, and it is one that I hadn't heard of until I read this article. It seems like it would be a short-term solution to drop a few pounds but not very effective for maintaining long-term weight loss. It also doesn't appear to be the healthiest way to shed some pounds.
