There are probably nutrition gurus out there who would love this long, somewhat technical article, but it was tough for me to dive into. While it definitely covers some serious ground in the history of nutritional science, it's more intended for the academic world than the general public...

Wow! This article is quite comprehensive regarding the history of nutritional science. But it is incredibly technical and may have a limited audience.
