Awesome database! I typed in "apple" and it produced many choices for the type of apple I was looking for (raw with skin, without skin, frozen, etc.) and then a ton for the size of the apple. The nutritional info is also very extensive! Really take advantage of this one.

A very comprehensive data base for the nutritional values of the food we eat. I typed in apple, and it brought up many "types" of apples and once I narrowed it down, it gave me the complete nutritional information for the type of apple I was looking for. This is an excellent data base.
