A very in-depth article about what is the proper nutrition for an athlete. The article talks about the proper things to eat, when it's best to eat them, and dispels some popular myths too. It also breaks down nutritional needs by some popular sport types.
Quite an interesting page. Good info, tho I know as a swimmer we were encouraged to be lean, not fat as the article states. The methodology expressed was the same overall and I think this article would benefit anyone participating and looking for the best performance in almost any sport.
